depends on gym - I've never stacked a ralls one as they're 30 plates x 15lbs on big ones like lats and rows. think I managed pin 26 for a few rows but it was horrific form. Other gyms: all time. Most pulldowns rarely go over 120kg mark - if you are anything over 70kg bw and can do a few chins with 20-30kg added you should piss the stack on a pulldown.
