(Each hand) worked upto 100x50 metres. 80kgx3 Working on pickup. 80kgx1 work on pickup Very slow pickup, quick walk again. Istruggled with farmers today, as i did my deadlift session yesterday. Yoke. 140x25 metres, Left it tjhere. Back felt exhausted, i wasnt gunna get no benefits from this today! I did my back routine saturday this week, probably a reason i found the pickup so hard on the farmers.

Member 52, 22 posts | i did deadlift the day before, my back was a bit fried, after the 100 farmers it was fried too the max, so doing pickups after that finished me off, i was extremely fatiqued before even doing them.

Member 52, 22 posts | and it depends in which way you are practicing the pickups, the position of the pickup being different than the deadlift, we was checking what worked for me better!
