Farmers. (Each hand)
worked upto 100x50 metres.
80kgx3 Working on pickup.
80kgx1 work on pickup
Very slow pickup, quick walk again.
Istruggled with farmers today, as i did my deadlift
session yesterday.

Yoke.
140x25 metres, Left it tjhere.
Back felt exhausted, i wasnt gunna get no benefits
from this today!

I did my back routine saturday this week, probably a reason i found the pickup
so hard on the farmers.

good log press man!

Hey, if you practise pick ups, wouldn't it make more sense to go heavier than lighter?

i did deadlift the day before, my back was a bit fried, after the 100 farmers it was fried too the max, so doing pickups after that finished me off, i was extremely fatiqued before even doing them.

and it depends in which way you are practicing the pickups, the position of the pickup being different than the deadlift, we was checking what worked for me better!
