![]() a cynical old scrote Member 68, 6911 posts SQ 255, BP 132.5, DL 250637.5 kgs @ 110kgs UnEq | Hips down a bit in your starting position Head up a bit, you seem to be looking down as you start the lift Although you seem to be getting a reasonable extension on your pull, the balls of your feet are fixed to the floor. Think of moving them forward and out to receive the bar on your shoulders as if you were going to go into a full squat clean. Over all though pretty good, I've seen a lot worse. | ||
