Possibly because i havent dont them in a while. Gonna add them in more. I read somewere oldschool lifters pressed every workout. Worth a go. Deadlifts 60x10 100x5 100x5 140x3 140x1 180x1 180x1 Straps on 200x5 Belt and straps 210x5 Pretty happy with this. Back is pretty sore and cold from work today. Felt abit unflexible getting down and bad knee didnt help. Glad i done the 200 without a belt. Speed deadlifts with no 2 band 140x3 to heavy 120x3 120x3 First time doing these. Really enjoyed it and felt it working. Deadlifts No belts no straps 60 x 10 100x5 140x5 180x5 205x1x5 The plan today was to up from last week and do 205x5 beltless the 215x5 with a belt and straps. Its just didnt happen so slow off the floor so i just did the 205 for 5 singles. Could of been numerous things but last weeks felt great and fast. Everytime time ive tried to up my deadlift each week i stall. Think i might just go by feel from now on. Next session im gonna do just speed deadlifts. Good mornings 60x12x3 I liked these. Do abit of axle and some light farmers and yoke to get the heart going. Unfortunatley it pissed down with rain so yoke and farmers was out the question. Small log 1 clean and press 40x8 50x5 70x5 80x3 Big log 1 clean and press 95x5 95x5 Easy tbh . Not as fast as i liked on lockout but triceps are tired from this weeks training Axle press 65x5 75x5 85x1 Head wasnt in these. My knees hurt,my back hurt,my shoulders and triceps are numb. Felt unflexible getting in clean position. Did some grip stuff next Farmers hold 90 each hand 60 seconds. Possibly good for 75-80 tbh Rolling thunder worked up to 80kg Axle overhand deadlift hold 145 for 30 seconds Finished | ||

Feels good to squat again Z press 60x8 70x5 75x4 f5 60x8 Bloody hard . Definatley feel it thou Standing dumbell presses 65lbsx 8x 3 sets Single leg press 40 reps each leg Leg extensions superset with leg curls 15 reps each 3 rounds. First time ive hit legs directly in a long time. Feels good. | ||

First day back and done events at genesis gym with sam duthie and craig toley. Yoke 120 180 200 220 All 2 runs each at 15m with drop and turn so 30m Felt heavy but not sure how heavy the yoke is could be 60-80kg. Not sure. Havent trained this in a long time. Deadlifts 100x5x2 140x5 180x2 Belt on and straps 220x2 230x1 230x1 180x5 Happy with the 180s very fast for me. 230s went up well but need to keep hips down. Trainer log 40x5 50x5 60x5 Log clean and press 95x1 95x2 one motion and one strict PB! 95x1 one motion 95x1 strict 95x4 Very happy with the strict press and one motions.
