Went to the farm yesterday Weds and trained with Kev, Staurt, Pete, other Pete Gavin and a new bloke. My lifting was not very good Hex Bar Deads, Bench and a very light squat session.

For the first time ever I'm lighter than Kev(I think) I weighed 94.5kg while Kev came in at 95.9kg.
