Managed all the sets without assistance so the weight will go up next week. | ||

Member 4400, 110 posts SQ 120, BP 90, DL 192.5402.5 kgs @ 72kgs UnEq | Deadlift Session: Deadlift - 1 x 5 @ 165kg, 1 x 3 @ 170kg, 1 x 2 @ 175kg, 1 x 2 @ 180kg Bent Rows - 3 x 10 @ 95kg Rack Pulls (just below knee) - 3 x 8 @ 140kg Managed to hit the double at 180kg this time. Dropped the set of 5 to a lower weight to give me more juice for the triples and doubles, seemed to work. | ||

Took last two weeks of light training couple times a week. Started properly again as of today. Squat Session: Squat - 1 x 5 @ 105kg, 1 x 3 @ 107.5kg, 2 x 2 @ 112.5kg Front Squat - 3 x 4 @ 82.5kg Leg Press - 3 x 10 @ 190kg (easy) Hamstring Curls - 3 x 10 @ 55kg Straight forward session, not too much strength lost. Happy days. | ||

Took this session to teach him the technique and used the chance to take a look at my tech too. Back on the decent weights next week. | ||
