strange ive just been to the gym and was thinking the same thing!! whats the new plan going to look like.i am lookimg at the uk masters putting clean weight back on slowly

I think I'm going to leave any heavy deadlifts or squats and try to learn the olympic lifts. I'm also looking to train at some different gyms. The gym I'm training at currently is great and has all the gear but there are too many dickheads with no idea and have too much attitude for my liking. Really annoyed after today's training!

Monday 10th November

After training Saturday and missing a 140 strict log Iv decided to really knuckle down and get some proper routine to my training. Nothing amazing but just more frequent and sensible training. Anyway, tonight's;

165x3 - was only meant to be doing 155! Miscounted! Grin

Tricep rope pushdowns

Happy with that especially after really struggling for energy and motivation today.

Thanks mate. Iv hit all the numbers Iv planned so far. If that continues il be confident of 210 bench at Xmas.
