After over a year of trying to beat my previous 200kg bench i finally managed it tonite had sleeves on but they werent that tight with them being knee sleeves just prefer wearing them due to bicep tendonitis Unhappy http://youtu.be/MW0tplK-JR4

http://youtu.be/etc8BbYHfTE nah didnt have sleeves on doing the 200. When i 1st started training young and stupid i did alot of straight bar curling which has resulted in getting bicep tendonitis every time i do any sort of heavy pressing real pain in the butt!

Yeah basically probaly trained biceps a hand full of times this year , heavy benching seems to effect it aswell but with doing strongman training at the moment my arms get worked out doing log etc. Happy

Seen, I'm sure time will fix it mate. I've never had any grief with my bicep tendon, although it might be down to the fact I've never trained biceps (other than over grasp pull ups). However, elbows are giving me some right s**t at the minute from daily squatting; but all lower limbs are fine ironically.

Mega strong benching, I would start working your bicep's again just very light. That should help with pain/tendonitis.
