Hi everyone....... i am new to journals but have been training for about two years and am now 23,im on a pyramid progression programme roughly 4 sets 8-12 reps but now have hit a plateau where i want strenght not size and looks as theese are good but strnght struggling so am here doing a journal in the hope someone can tell me where im goin wrong and how i mite put it rite so here goes Happy.........

well most things stayed the same so i wont post my workouts untill next week but i did get a 5kg increase in my deadlift so its now 185 Happy
