zeus gym will be hosting uks strongest woman on sept 3rd , then on sunday 4th sept , we will be holding the open and first timers comp
first timers must be first timers , you must be a newbie !!!!this must be your first or second competition ever - full stop , we will check all entries to ensure no-one experienced can enter , so please - no so called novices whove done twenty comps , we will only be accepting entries from new guys
obviously goes without saying the open class has no limits !!

entry fee is £10 payable on the day
usual obligatory tshirt for every entrant , plus trophies for top four in both catagories and prize money for first place in both catagories
