Competition Information
3 seperate weight classes:

85kg and under
105kg and under
105kg+

Events:

Shoulder Press Medley, Dumbell, Barbell, Log and Axle
Deadlift - 3 attempts - 1 rep max
Squats for reps 75 secs 160kg for 85kg class, 180kg for 105kg class and 200kg for 105kg+
Farmers walk - 3 seperate weights for each class
Tyre Flip - distance to increase with the higher weight classes
Truck Pull - timed event - increasing in weight for each class

Welcoming entries for all categories.
