Our 10th Strength event as an organisation.

Mens Newcomers, Experienced & Open.

Womens Newcomers & Open.

We don't stick to the 'rules' and have had 1000's of visitors over the last few years. We keep the comp events simple, dynamic and straightforward.

Very friendly and welcoming annual celebration of Strength sports. Look forward to seeing you in 2014.
