Competition Information

Southern Englands Strongest Man Under 105kg 2012

This will be a qualifier for both the Englands Strongest Man and the Britains Strongest Man.

Entry fee is £15 per competitor.

Trophies and prize money for top 3.

Spectators entry fee is £3 for adults.Kids entry is free.

Competitors weigh in from 9am-11am and competition starts at midday.

Events
1.Last Man Standing Log (start weight 100kg and then moving up in 10kg increments.every man must do each lift.no skipping weights)
2.120kg Famers Walk for 40m
3.240kg Deadlift for reps in 75secs (suits and straps allowed)
4.320kg Super Yoke for 20m
5.110kg Axle Clean and Press for reps in 75secs
6.110kg,120kg,130kg,140kg,150kg Atlas Stones.
