Competition Information

Novice competition in the salisbury area. Competitors fee of £20 which will include t shirt.
Winners take trophy, supplements and the title of "the strongest man in salisbury"
Events:- In no particular order
Loading Medley
Car Pull-time/distance
Log lift-Max reps
Tyre flip-time/distance
Axel deadlift-reps
?Bench press-reps/farmers walk?

A great novice comp for those wanting to have a go and a great warm up for others.

At present an open competition, depending on interest may split into a 105+- comp.
