ALL ATHLETES TO SIGN IN BETWEEN 11-11.30AM

OPEN AND NOVICE

EVENT 1 - FARMERS WALK 30METRES (100KG NOVICE 140KG OPEN)
90secs cut off time

EVENT 2 - LOG PRESS (100KG NOVICE 130KG OPEN)
90secs cut off time

EVENT 3 - CAR DEADLIFT (WEIGHT TBC)
90 secs cut off time

EVENT 4 - AXEL SQUAT (200KG NOVICE 260KG OPEN)
90 secs cut off time

EVENT 5 - BARRELL LOAD (WEIGHT TBC)
90 secs cut off time

THERE ARE ONLY 8 PLACES FOR NOVICE + 8 PLACES FOR OPEN SO IF YOU WISH TO COMPETE PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY FOR APPLICATION FORM.

THE ENTRANCE FEE IS £15

ON THE DAY THERE WILL BE A FREE T-SHIRT TO EVERY COMPETITOR, EVERY EVENT WON WILL BE £25 AND 1ST PLACE PRIZE IS £200 FOR NOVICE + £300 FOR OPEN, THERE WILL ALSO BE PRIZES FOR 2ND AND 3RD PLACES.
