Competition Information

in assoc with the Rotary Club

We will compile a list of 8 to 9 Events.
The 5 events on the day will be pulled out of a hat.

This will be a general intermediate Event.

£10-00 entry fee upfront

All Monkey to charity.

Event options;
Axle Press - 110kg for reps
Log Lift - last man standing
Viking press - 150kg

Yoke - 300kg 15m speed/ distance
Falmers walk - 130kg 15m speed / distance
Truck pull - Speed distance
Object Carry - 160kg for distance

Axle Deadlift - Last man standing
Car Deadlift - reps
Atlas Stones - speed

This WILL be an event on the day;

340kg Tyre Flip x 3
90(ish) kg large blue barrel 15m
120kg beer barrel return ( POSS LOAD)
