Britain's Strongest Man Under 105kg on Sunday 27th July 2014 at Kelburn Castle and Country Park, Fairlie, Scotland. Top 3 from Scotland, top 6 from England, top 3 from Ireland and top 3 from Wales will all qualify. Top 5 from the Britain's will be invited to the United Strongman Worlds. I will make an event page, but just giving everyone a little heads up on the events:-
Event 1: Log press 100kg, 115kg, 130kg for reps Arnold style (one rep of the 130kg is worth more than any amount of reps of the 115kg and one rep of the 115kg is worth more than any amount of the 110kg)
Event 2: Max deadlift
Event 3: Loading medley (110kg, 120kg, 130kg, 140kg cylinders onto 42" platform) from a distance of 5 metres
Event 4: Shield carry 150kg shield 40mtrs (20mtr turn)
Event 5: 130kg farmers 40mtrs (20mtr turn)
Event 6: Stones 120kg, 130kg, 140kg, 150kg, 160kg, 170kg loaded onto 52" barrels
Max time on all events is 90 seconds
