Britain's Most Powerful Hands 2012

Venue Basingstoke Octoberfest festival at Milestones museum festival site

Events

1/ Adjustable thick bar
2/ Ironmind Silver bullet
3/ loading race ( 2 minute time limit)

( the loading race will include various circus dumbells, blobs, anvil etc to be loaded with one hand onto a varying height platfrom)

short interval then

4/ pinch lift. (euro pinch apparatus)
5/ sledgehammer deadlift
6/ Frame hold for time U105kg 450lb & heavyweights 700lb (under can elect to use 700lb if they want and any time with 700lb will beat any time with 450lb)

(the frame is The superb World of strength Titans tank and pickup height is adjustable to enable a high pickup keeping this a grip event rather than being limited by deadlifting ability)

This event is being promoted by Myself and Mark MD with proceeds going to the ARNI trust.

The event should have a great crowd as we are the star attraction in the main beer tent at Basingstoke Octoberfest festival.

The comp will run 11am - 1.30pm & 2pm until 4.30pm

The entry fee will be £15 which will include a free T shirt along with FREE entry into the Octoberfest normally £8.50

Weight Divisions

Under 105kg & Open

There will be great trophy's and prizes in both divisions including a 78kg Circus dumbell donated Strength shop

The festival closes at 11pm so we should have a great time after the event. (it is afterall a beer festival)
