Monday fairly straight forwards..

Worked up to RPE 8 singles on both squat and bench which were 285 and 180 respectively.

Not much more heavy work now and next week will be spent doing nothing but mobility and working myself into a right arse so I'm angry on comp day loal

Ocassionally I'll have some if it happens to be on my plate, eating out etc but I make no effort whatsoever normally to consume any normally.

Only time I do is when I'm dropping weight.

Asking for a friend, my sphincter is perfectly intact...BP is on the mend however.

Own up, who's done it?

I have, twice in my lifting 'career' so far.

How often is normal?
Is 12 times in one session too much?
Is having to wipe your sore bleeding sphincter between sets a common occurence?

Almost certain you can opt to walk out in BPU/ABPU.

Personally I found the transition to a mono a piece of piss but others really struggle with it. If you don't want the hassle of having to practice I'd definitely just stick to walking it out.

I'm guessing you're doing Macclesfield?
