Went to the highlands to do the north coast 500 week before last, 1600 miles in a week! So no training then and then this past week was:


Sunday:
A) ham curls

B) front squat beltless / holding straps

C) deadlift from 15 inch beltless

Tuesday:
A) log 1 clean and strict press beltless
