I must admit, a 79kg guy does a 7 plates a side deadlift at reps and i will grow an enormous bonk-on right there and offer to hold his towell.

Deep down , I doubt the lifts , but i wanted to give him a chance as there must be freaks out there who have the correct body pieces to lift sick weights.

I mean, im a different level shagger to most men,if not all men.

Yea rack pulls rule !

catts is open 9.30 - 13.00

reps is open 10.00 - 14.00

boarshed is open 24/7/365

I'l leave the choice up to you Rob - REPS might be the better choice a 12.00-12.30 start isnt so bad.

I am happy with any - bear in mind my insane children and standard weights BUT very agreeable opening times.

2 drink minimum.

yep wed 27th is chest and shoulders rob (will have to be 7.30 as usual as im working) and a week today would be great for some deadlifts, some will deffo be in the tank as my rib may prevent a full on sesh tomorrow. (one of cats/reps will be open, fairly sure reps will be 10-2)

good luck with the jogging dan (represses sn***ering) i lasted 4 times down langdale rd, past the park thru town and back to mine (2 were walking)
