How's your training going Wayne

I'm plodding along with my training, although I've got a couple of minor injuries. I'm not "comp fit" at the moment.

Eek

I kind of get a buzz wandering around with large quantities of cash in my pockets! I feel like I'm challenging people to try and take it off me! Grin

Yes. Monopoly money doesn't count.

Sunday wouldn't be complete without a silly thread Grin

What's the largest quantity of cash you've had on your person? My highest figure is around the £3000 mark.

I said:
Day 1

Power cleans - 2 x 4
Squats - 2 x 4
Dead lifts - 1 x 4 (leave this out if doing farmer's or yoke on Day 2)
Weighted chins - 4 x 4

Day 2

Overhead press of some sort - ? x 4
Couple of sets of bench??
Some event work

Also... do some grip/forearm/wrist work at home and go cycling more often. Develop a way of cleaning an axle that doesn't involve a belt.

Temporary adjustment to give my back and pec tendon a chance to heal.....

Day 1

Partial power cleans - 2/3 x 4
Squats - 2/3 x 4
Weighted chins - 4 x 4

Day 2

Strict press - 4 x 4
Yoke or dumbbell
Grip/wrist/forearm work.

Thanks Andy. They were easy. I'm trying to avoid the temptation to go mad with the weights.

I could just google all the questions and get 100% but I'm far to lazy :/

I think you'd struggle to find some of those answers by Googling.

Do you know of any novice U100kg comps coming up soon?

Novice comps don't generally have weight classes.

There's no u100 class. There are u90 and u105 classes.
