Speedy recovery Mark! Gutted to hear about the tear.

Well Done to Robbo, Mark and Millsy today. Mark still placed high despite the injury. Where was he placed when it happened?

Just dicking around mate. JC's about 5 foot 8" and I'm 6 ft 2". Might be a bit awkward LOL!

Solid work mate. I bet you were chuffed to bits with the frame carry! Proves your deadlift must be getting stronger!

brynevans said:Ian Shaw unfortunately didn't get a squat passed but carried on with the bench and I think he pulled 305kg. Joe Bullock won the 90s and Stephen Manuel came in 2nd. There were 4-5 bombers in the 90s. Tom came in 1st in the 82s with 260,157.5 and 290.
Phil Richard squatted a new British record of 301kg

I'm gutted for Ian. I'm pleased Joe has finally won the British seniors. He deserves that, I know he's missed out by a whisker at least a couple of times. What did Joe total?

Cheers JT. That's a great achievement for Tom in his 1st year! Sounds like the standard of lifting was very high.
