Nice to see your log Alex. If you ever want to join us on a Sunday for some squatting you're more than welcome mate. You'd be surprised how much of a difference 3 or 4 fat blokes shouting at you can make.

Ive seen you squat lower than that Rick. Concentrate on sitting back more at the bottom, really sit into your hips and stick that arse back. You have the flexibility to hit depth, you just need to practice doing it more often.

Yeah, I like that, a lot.

Anyways, I guess its time to start actually logging my workouts. This week sees the start of my recovery. Phase 1 will be GFNA (Get f**king normal again), Phase 2 will be GFH. You get the idea....

Wednesday 27th September

Deadlifts

Machine Rows
Stack x 10,10,10

Rear Delt Flies to finish off. Worked upto 3 plates off the stack for 6. The target is the stack for 10.

Fairly good workout all things considered. Although my back work is what suffers the least as my BW drops. Volume is quite high to try and get this weight back on quickly.

JT, I won't be lifting mate. I wasnt really planning on it anyway, and ive been nice and ill the last two weeks, BW is down 9kg, strength is down proportionately. If I could break the unequipped deadlift record I'd have done it purely for that, but seeing as this meet is equipped it isnt an option in this meet, it'll have to wait.

Nice workout Josephine, especially considering the boxing first.

BTW, you do have more in that bench. Work hard on that form, and it'll come. At the moment, you bench like Joni (well like he used to) and the bar comes back quickly rather than straight up. It'll come though!

I think towards the end of November would be good for me, but i'm not that into it that I have a preference for date.

And Joni, before I can GFH, I need to GFNA (get f**king normal again). These 9kgs better go back on as fast as theyve fallen off.

With regard to the dubious Pb committee, I think we should be authoritarian. There isnt enough of it about these days, and I think Sugden Barbell should show the world how its done.
