anti-social, except when needs help to put suit on Member 607, 2803 posts | cheers guys... i might make a come back the start of powerlifting for me i guess... well just gettin my body moving again really! bench wide grip 6x60kg 5x60kg 4x100kg + paused 5x100kg 5x100kg 5x100kg 4x100kg started laughing before last rep :/ 3x100kg - things got heavy bi tri super set... working these guns i have :/ that is all... iv found a buyer for my deadlift suit and possible a bench shirt so lets see how things go... plan is to hit 5's on everything for a good while and bring kit in when im good and ready this might be crack pipe but a 700k total as a junior at 75kg or 80kg is the goal somethin like 270 150 280 would be very nice in my eyes but the crick pipe is talking to me for 300 200 300 wearing lots of nylon and canvas as i can adorne that would be my sugden total not comp total aswell... could be a load of bollox! | ||
