Why would I catch them when I can pick them off in their Nursery garden at long range with my sniper rifle?
Just in case anyone thought I was being even more ambitious than I actually am, I did 170kg x 3 fairly easily without a spotter on squats, so I guess my 1RM from that at 185kg. I've doubled 130kg on bench too. Just haven't gone any heavier than that on both lifts.

Second thoughts, I'll keep those goals - just for next year Funny thing about those goals is the one which seems the easiest to achieve (320kg yoke for 20 metres) actually seemd the most unlikely when I wrote them down.
All those others will be bagged next year, you can hold me to that! (Except squats as they don't seem to agree with my elbows ATM).
I'll look again at Chrimbo and set a new set for next year and really strive to reach them - after all, that's what goals are for

1,2,3 wont be attempted in 07. Feel free to add to 'goals of 2008' for starters.
4 is scheduled for Xmas eve
5 is reasonably well done

I've benched 150 so that goal is done. I think there's still hope for the 272.5 deadlift, but 640 total is looking a little out there. Plus I am now enjoying my v-bar work more than Rolling thunder Still they wouldn't be worth being goals if it was easy to gte em all!

rob has been meaning to add the link to the edit your profile page.
But at the moment its on the bottom of the training journals forum page. So click on training journals, scroll down, and there is a link "Edit your journal settings" on the bottom of the page.
