This is precisely the stretch that I was on and a usual 20 minute journey to the M60 took over two and a half hours thus extending a usual 35-40 minute journey to almost three hours. Arrive in a foul mood I had decided to have a relatively light session tonight and had plenty of time to consider things on the journey home so- Squats, sleeves and boots on 20 x 5 20 x 5 20 x 5 20 x 5 20 x 5 60 x 5 70 x 5 80 x 5 90 x 5 100 x 5 100 x 5 100 x 5 100 x 5 100 x 5 100 x 5 100 x 5 100 x 5 100 x 5 100 x 5 Ten sets then, happily Mack and Shona and Ethan plus Jeff and Angus were still present and fifty light and deeply deep squats plus conversation about Sherlock Holmes and Meat Loaf improved my mood no end. Interesting comment from a doctor on the news this morning, presumably to to with the proposed raising of the age limit for smoking. "Most people associate smoking with lung cancer, they shouldn't. The fact is that if you smoke you probably won't live long enough to get lung cancer" Well said that man. It seems that only 15% of the population smoke, 10 years ago it was 20% and sixty years ago it was 50%. I wonder if that was the most it ever was ? | ||

Very fortunate, first guess gave two letters, both misplaced, second guess gave the other three, also misplaced so it was then an reshuffle of the five letters which didn't take very long at all. I say reshuffle rather than anagram as technically it is only an anagram when both arrangements spell actual words. Today is a good day as this afternoon around four a young lady should appear to hack a corn off the bottom of my left foot. It is only ever the left foot, never the right which is something of a mystery. | ||
