T = N(N+1) ------ 2 Where T is the total and N is the highest number. Can't get that to appear the way I typed it but I'm sure you get the gist | ||

I used to blame bank holidays for poor performance in the past but since retirement that simply won't wash, so I don't know what happened. As going heavier was not a sensible option I reduced it to seventy which was so much easier, and the real surprise was that those last three sets hardly troubled the shoulder at all. I shall report all this during my second shock wave treatment tomorrow. Only two of us down tonight and Bolton bloody Wanderers' fans delight in driving very slowly along three lanes of motorway for about three miles before their precious bloody Reebok / Macron / Unibol / Tough Sheet soddin' stadium. And the buggers won too. Bah ! | ||
