Thanks for droping by mighty noodle.

I am esspecial strong on these exercises and have been supersetting them to save time! It appears to make no difference to the weights I can handle on each exercise

Indeed, I will start doing far mare supersets for resisrance work as I can then incraese my volume to maybe 50 sets per session.
