225k x 1 chalk but belt on. Felt rough so stopped.

Close grip bench press:

60k x 5
80k x 5
100k x 3
110k x 3
120k x 2
125k x 1
130k x 1. Could do a bit more but stopped

Heavier front squats and more strict work I think is the way foreward!

I will increase my estimated 1RM 3 times, once after each cycle. As I have not squatted for 2 years I expect to progress fast there. But, horrible deadliftUnhappy . Not benching per sa as I have pain when doing it but if I hit 160 close grip I will try a 4 platter medium grip.
However, benching is why my shoulders are f**ked! so uber cautious on the bench
