Close grip bench press:

Im as natty as they come.
I will increase my estimated 1RM 3 times, once after each cycle. As I have not squatted for 2 years I expect to progress fast there. But, horrible deadlift . Not benching per sa as I have pain when doing it but if I hit 160 close grip I will try a 4 platter medium grip.
However, benching is why my shoulders are f**ked! so uber cautious on the bench
