Cheers mate. Well hopefully enough time to adapt and then we'll see from there. If it works well then just as long as I can.. Once I know which comp I'm going to do next then I may run the same Sheiko cycle again 5-6 weeks before.

Nice again, however I descended s**t on the max which nearly threw me, I got scared by the weight. This will improve.

Deadlift

Barbell Rows

90 x 5 - 3 sets

Curls

To keep the bicep/elbow tendonitis at bay.

Nice video Spielberg , I have trouble goin to deep on squats any susgestions ? I find it easyer for some reason but it f**ks me up for deads after

I'm not sure what you're asking mate! Suggestions on getting a deeper squat?

Nice. Had to wait for a rack to free up, annoying. Then had to wait for a bench, Slso did 2nd 180 double. Depth is touch and go, need to sink them.

Bench

Solid. I appreciate my own set up more when training at crap gyms.

Trained this afternoon at Fitness Mill in Bramley, Leeds. It was quite decent in there to be fair, had everything one needs apart from blocks or something for deficits..

Squats (again!)

20 x 5
70 x 3
110 x 3
150 x 1
180 x 1
195 x 1

Enough for today. 195 was the easiest ever though which is nice.

Deadlift

60 x 5
100 x 3
140 x 2
180 x 1
210 x 1
240 x 2
210 x 5

These felt quite tough today, I think because of the squatting and the fact it was my 2nd deadlift session this week.
