Had to wait for a rack to free up, annoying. Then had to wait for a bench, Slso did 2nd 180 double. Depth is touch and go, need to sink them. Bench 20 x 10 60 x 3 90 x 3 110 x 1 122.5 x 1 110 x 2 110 x 2 110 x 2 Solid. I appreciate my own set up more when training at crap gyms. | ||

It was quite decent in there to be fair, had everything one needs apart from blocks or something for deficits.. Squats (again!) 20 x 5 70 x 3 110 x 3 150 x 1 180 x 1 195 x 1 Enough for today. 195 was the easiest ever though which is nice. Deadlift 60 x 5 100 x 3 140 x 2 180 x 1 210 x 1 240 x 2 210 x 5 These felt quite tough today, I think because of the squatting and the fact it was my 2nd deadlift session this week. | ||
