I'm on nights from last night until Sunday, so never feel great training with a messed up body clock. Decided to try low bar squats today for the first time.. Squats - Low Bar 20 x 6 20 x 6 60 x 5 60 x 5 100 x 5 120 x 5 140 x 5 140 x 5 140 x 5 Felt ok, had to wear wrist wraps, hard keeping the bar in place etc. Drive felt good, depth was good.. Sumo Deadlift 50 x 5 90 x 5 130 x 3 170 x 2 210 x 3 Not feeling these at all today.. Bench 50 x 5 50 x 5 70 x 3 80 x 2 90 x 1 100 x 5 I'm so weak at the minute on bench. I'm qualified as a PT now (as of today!) which obviously means I have infinite knowledge on all things training...hmm! I missed Monday's session so added squats in today to extend it, trained at MP Fit with my bro. I like it there but the benches are gash and they said we couldn't take bags in this time which was a pain!
