Thanks mate! Yeah my conv was not progressing well and rounded back style not great so switched to run sumo properly again. He's a lot shorter and manages to stay much more upright!

I'm having to squeeze my sessions in this week as I'm going away Friday-Monday. So today it was a toss up between resetting my doubles to a heavier working weight for the next 4-6 weeks or go heavy again as last weeks 275 was easy...

Working until 3am last night, the kids disturbing my sleep and having to be at work again at 2pm today meant my session was not ideal and was crammed in.. To add to that both decent racks and platforms were in use when I got there!
