Wednesday 9th May 7.00 @ Crossfit 3D Warm up 3 handstand push ups 6 chins 9 overhead squats (20kg) X 3 WOD 'Jerry' 1 mile run 2k row 1 mile run 24.10 This is a 'benchmark' workout (one of many) used to gauge progress. I did this 6 weeks ago and knocked 1.22 off my time. I guess I must be getting fitter... I'm still crap at running though! | ||

John - I think you actually need to be very fit to do that mate!! Which I am not... JC - the jerks are feeling much better than they were, yes. Still a long way to go numbers-wise, but at least they're improving. Snatch did these at the Dungeon first 20kg x 2,2 40kg x 3 55kg x 1 65kg x 3 PB 75kg x f,f I tweaked my back on these which basically messed up the rest of my session. I have done the same thing numerous times before and I'm sure it will settle down in a few days. Frustrating!
