Saw that set of hang snatch on instagram, looked pretty f**king nice!

Only thing I would suggest is getting everything set and then look forward before you lift off the ground. That way you are less likely to look up and something catch your eye and ofcourse will keep you tight through the lift.

Thanks pal, yeh I need all the advice I can get.

That was my first time ever doing split jerks and snatch.

Going to try and stick with it for a while but I certainly need some coaching, really enjoyed the session and feel its something I would like to pursue.

Thanks, so many elements of a lift compared to PL but I found it enjoyable.

Just need to try and lift more than a 7 year old girl now.
