Yeah 190 bench, nice! Always good to have a little more motivation.

How wide you going with your grip? I've been doing a little work widest legal grip, feels great but puts a lot of pressure on my shoulders.

I found the same at max grip so I have my 2nd finger in from my thumb on the rings, given I used to bench pretty much close grip it's very wide for me.

Im fairly confident 200 would have been ok yesterday but didn't really have a spotter
