Not trained for a few days, saw a specialist on Monday about my hand/shoulder and his opinion was I have a shoulder impingement which may be causing the pain in my hand. He has booked me in for an MRI and cortisone injection.

Going to wait, I personally don't think my shoulder issue is linked to my hand and hopefully will be ok in a few weeks.

The main issue is my hand which has been like this for a few months and hurt's/swells when pressing and even holding the bar on squats. Pulling doesn't cause it any issues though!
