Fun session tonight, Had a right laugh with the guys

Squat

All piece of piss, could of done 5/6 on the squat at least.

Strict Press

30 x5

70 x6 (Triple Ply)

90 x1 (Triple Ply)
70 x6 (Triple Ply)

Bench

Put fake SS slingshot on

60 x1
100 x1
130 x1

All fast, but about an inch off my chest, need to work technique before I put more weight on.

Bench (again)

100 x1 - Felt s**t and slow so warmed up again
60 x5 - Paused
90 x2 - Paused
110 x2
120 x2
130 x1

Standing strict DB press

3 sets 5 reps, then one max set for 1 rep

3 sets of DB bicep curls

Strict Press - Had 5 minutes to kill

It will always feel like s**t.

You're much better off doing all your raw work first, then either go even heavier with the sling or keep your top raw weight on the bar and do repsxsets with the sling.

Andy I have tried several times. I cant even do a negative without my triceps feeling like there going to come away from my elbows.

Dips are HUGELY overrated and are a shoulder injury waiting too happen

I could dip with 60KG+ of weight with a 160kg bench...not a fan!
