Particularly the bench considering it used to be a significant weakness

How much you weigh at moment Ben?

I was 106.6 this morning down from 114.7 in 5 weeks

Cheers mate. Things are progressing.

137 every morning now. 32kg loss in a year, 39 in total from my heaviest.

I don't get this, isn't this just like saying I would've pulled 400kg but couldn't get it past my knees?

If you had stopped at 3 because that was the plan then saying you could've done more reps makes sense, but surely the fact you failed the 3rd reps means you weren't capable of 3 reps never mind 5+?

Great progress with the weight loss, that's a whole heap of weight to drop!

Well

If I do 2 fast reps, make a mess of the third, try it again and it's easy, I'm pretty sure I'm entitled to say I'd of done 5.
