on the deads, ive done 230 but would guestimate the 240 mark.i would imagine u have a new pb in you if u got them up fast.

210 last weeks was new PB, but hope to have 230 nailed by spring

big bad bench training last night;Bench
60KG x 12
100KG x 10
120KG x 6
140KG x 5
145KG x 3
150KG x 3 - this felt really comfortable, which I was glad of, as had been struggling with bench of late
Have now formulated a three week plan for attempt at 175. Next week will be same as above with 155x3, next week as last with 160x3, then on 3rd week will go for 175 single.
DB Incline Bench
60KG 4 sets of 6
Viking Press Machine - Up in Weight each set - 6, 6, 5, 4, 3 - Not sure of weight, but last one felt very heavy!
Cable Cross Over Superset with Lateral Raise - 3 sets of 8 on each
Good workout, very pleased. Looking forward to nailing 175 in 3 weeks

PM BrynEvans, you would still have time to get in if you sent your membership forms off ASAP and just tell Bryn you're waiting for a number on the competition entry form.
He might let you lift without a singlet as it's your first competition, I'm sure there would be someone off the site there who could lend you one though.

OK, but my form still needs work, as does my cores strenght, which am not at all happy with a mo.

Not bad session, but squat definitely needs a lot of work before April!!

185KG 3x3 - 3rd of 3 was a grinder but got up thankfully. 190 3x3 next week
Seated Row 200LB 4 sets of 8
Pull-Ups - 4 sets of 4 @ BW
Dbell Curls 50lb 4 sets of 10
BBell Curls 50KG 4 sets of 6
Good workout, all done in 45 mins.
In hindsight should have givebooze a miss, now rough as a bears ass and huge CBA with work. Never mind

Cheers Marc. Hope to make a lot of improvements this year, with my aim (hopefully) being to get a close as possible to a 600KG comp total by the end of the year
