Good job I'm only a teach and haven't got a proper job! Squat Bar x 5 60 x 5 100 x 5 130 x 2 160 x 1 (crap, bar rolling around on my shoulders) 180 x 1 (good rep but same problem) 185 x 1 (not bad, think I'll make this my default daily weight and miss out the 180, seems I'm hitting this fairly consistently) Deadlift 60 x 5 100 x 3 130 x 1 160 x 1 200 x 1 215 x F (some bas***d glued it to the floor! Confidence has gone on deads a bit, think I'll need to find it fast!) Paused squat 60 x 3 100 x 2 130 x 1 150 x 1 165 x 1 (PB +2.5 and I finally feel strong!) 170 x 1 (PB +7.5 easy enough, this shouldn't be so close to my actual daily squat) SABORS sets of 10 with 50kg, easy Pull ups lackluster set of 10, home. | ||

The rest of the session was a bit random! Strict press 60 x 1 70 x 1 75 x 1 all easy front squat pissed about with 60 SLDL 60 x 5 only messing around to get blood in hammys but enjoyed it so much I decided to go heavier 100 x 3 130 x 1 160 x 5 (Have you ever done an exercise for the first time and realised you should have been doing it for years? Oh well, this will become one of my 3 deadlift variants after the comp) | ||
