Shoulders didn't like incline bench, so left it once I got to 80kg for a few easy reps

Bench - working set 97.5kg x 10, maybe 100kg x 10 was there.

Tricep ext - about 4 sets for 10-12 reps

Flat db press
30s x 15
40s x easy 8
47.5s x tough 3 or was it 5?

Few controlled deadlifts up to 165kg, cautious about hamstring

ATG long paused squats for easy singles. No sleeves or squat shoes
55kg
85kg
105kg
115kg for a few singles. Hamstring fine

Foam roll, stretches (plus gentle stretch for hamstrings)

Did hit an easy 120kg single on bench without sleeves.

Tuesday 25th - 110kg x 5 with sleeves
DB 45s x 5 grinder

Plenty speed pulls with 165, hamstring felt a bit tight so didn't want to push it. Snatch grip, fat gripz etc. Shrugs

Deep as heck paused back squats. Almost maxed out on front squat, hamstring felt 100% fine with that. Maybe I can have a bit of a volume day with legs on Friday.

Deads to 175kg x 3, cautious with hamstring

BOR to 135kg x 7 - stagnated

Deads - 5 singles at 135kg, not flying as they should

Back squat to 100 x 12 - no sleeves. Had to balance the bar on my back with one hand halfway through to flick the lever open

Pullups - 10, 10, 8. Wide, neutral, close grip chins. All dead hang

EZ Curls - 40kg plus bar x 6

Bench 90kg x 1
100kg x 1

Had to rush off, no stretch or foam roll. Hips feeling it today (day after)

Squats to 110kg x 15 - absolutely DEAD, had to lay down for about ten minutes after this.
Bench just messing about - few singles to 90kg, flying up

Floor press
Up to a misloaded single with 110kg or something. One side 5kg heavier than the other.

The bar was on the floor so randomly started doing deadlifts
195kg x 1 without belt. Long hold for about 10 seconds at top

Got my bag ready and went to the gym. Realised my chalk was in my other bag, so had to see what I could do sans chalk.

Deads
Up to 185kg for a single
195kg x 2, failed third because grip. The reps themselves were difficult, but should have managed to grind out a third if I could have gripped the bar. Using the women's bar as per usual. Maybe it's time I started using the thicker, stiffer bar again as I am weakest off the floor

Bent over rows
135 x 5, not too much bother, but no chalk so no grip

Lat pulldowns
3 sets from dead hang, up to 95kg x 8. Grip fine

Seated rows
3 sets to stack plus 10kg for 6. Grip fine.

Leg ext - 3 sets. Felt a weird pain in the VMO, probably as a result of not having done much in the way of legs for ages

Leg press - 3 sets

Hammer curls, alternating l/r
20kg x 12 working my way up the rack to 30kg for a less than perfect set of 6.

Tiny bit of stretching. Need to foam roll at home.

Incline bench
to 100kg x 5. Tough, not another rep in the tank but maybe another kilo.

Flyes - 5 sets to 22.5s x 10

Bent rows to 135kg x 5, no chalk or belt

Deads to 195kg x 1, no chalk or belt

DB bench to 47.5s x 5

Box squat to 145kg x 3, then got pinned under 150kg

Randomly booked a 2 week return to Cyprus. Converted the pilates room into a giant living room and bedroom.

First session back (well, technically chest)
Incline bench to 90*3 then got pinned under 97.5
90*5 after.

Flat DB bench to 40s*5
47.5*3

Incline flyes
3 sets

Triceps 9 sets total.

Second session back (and biceps)
Sumo to 185*5 no belt

Bent rows 125*6 with pause at bottom
130*5

Hanging pull-ups 8,8,6

Good mornings 60*8 easy
SLDL 140*8

Straight bar biceps
55kg*5,5,4?
