But one motions dont seem to put the leg into the position that messes it up. Not really attacking it hard but i am ALOT weaker without the jerk thats for sure. Xray tomoz (finally) then go from there. They said today again either soft muscle tissue or a small tare in cartlige. | ||

Today i woke up at 4am after not alot of sleep to revise for an exam at 9:30 as i couldnt miss ben "tour de france" performance at midlands. So 4 hours of revision 1.5 hr exam not much sleep lets hit the gym! Decided if my leg is going to be stupid then ill just do strict pressing which i havnt done since christmas really and wasn't very good back then Strict Press 40kg x 5 50kg x 5 60kg x 5 70kg x 5 (pb!) 72.5kg x 4 (pb!) 80kg x 1(pb!!) 82.5 (tried this 2 times before failing, unsure where my grip should of been) 82.5kg x 1 (PB!) dumbbell shoulder press (reps right down to the shoulder) 25kg x 5 27.5kg x 5 30kg x 5 (pb i believe) 32.5kg x 4 (pb!) dips bw x 10 bw x 10 bw x 8 (will need to get a dip belt) dumbbell shrugs 32.5kg x 5 40kg x 5 42.5kg x 5 45kg x 5 (probably a pb) 47.5kg x 5(pb! also highest they go up to in lancaster) 47.5kg x 5 | ||
