started training again as i have let myself become a terrible fat mess , started 4 weeks ago but missed the last 2 weeks through a cold and laziness , hopefully a journal will keep me at it , and Sugden is the only place on the net for a journal.

deadlift 100kx6 120kx6 140kx6
wide grip chins 5/5/5
dunmbell curls 20k 6/6/6 1 set of 21s with 10k dumbells
some calf raises

dear me Ned.

I am pathetically weak and dont really have any of that SWAG that you have when younger and slightly hunky ..... however , i am enjoying doing loads of cycling and will be doing IronmanUK next year, and lets be honest ..... just doing somthing is better than 95% of 40 somthings

working in weird places away from home has got to f**k stuff up , do your best grandpa Ed.

i have moved from vans and now drive a wagon

eds back! it is a good day. Happy

Hi mate good to hear you're still doing stuff , its definitely harder now but all the more reason to keep doing stuff , better than sitting on the sofa turning into a fat mess!
A move to a wagon from a van sounds like a promotion hope you got a massive pay rise!
Hows that daughter of yours , way easier than the boys when they're little but oh you wait when they turn into teenagers!Grin

that's brilliant mate !

went to the Loire valley last year with 3 mates , the combination of drinking and riding faster than i was used to was pretty epic . I'm now teetotal !Grin
AvatarEDCLARKE
power cleand 60kx5 70kx3 deadlift 140kx6 150kx6 160kx5 there was a 6th there but my form would have broken down and it would have been a grinder and i don't want to go near anything
remotely like a grinder with my old man body.
