Thought of you last weekend Ed-I bench pressed for the first time in years!
I was on a wobbly old bench and had to roll the bar onto me to get started with my daughter spotting, but it felt like coming home😁
I enjoyed it so much, I did some deadlifts as well

thats fantastic mate , wobbly old bench for the win . Sign of the times that your daughter is now old enough to spot you.
Friday : deadlift up to 200x2 then 160k with a purple band x3/3
bench press 60k/70k/80/90kx5
absolutely buzzing to pull 200k again and for 2 reps with a possible 3rd as a grinder , i think the last time i pulled 200k was maybe 6 or 7 years ago .
The gigantosaurus pulled 140 3x3 , he did 140k for 1 last week so he's progressing swiftly !

first weights session in a long time , been boxing and just doing bodyweight stuff for a good while now lost a lot of weight currently sitting at 12 stone 10 pounds in the morning (got down to 12 stone 6 a few weeks back)
kept it light and trying to just do everything to good form.
squats atg barx5 30kx5 40kx5 50kx5/5
bench press barx10 30kx10 40kx10 50kx10 last 2 sets supersetted with bent over row 45k 10/10
whistled through it fairly quick with minimal rest between sets squats were all to a good depth

Good stuff. I'm around 12 stone now (77kg) and have been doing a lot of bodyweight stuff. Feeling healthy

being lighter definitely makes life easier , i feel healthier too at the lighter bodyweight , i found it just took a little while to get used to eating less .

Myself, I let 10lbs creep on this year... back to 12 stone after Christmas because no many enjoy Christmas celebration like me. have been known to put on 20lbs within a 10 day celebration period...
