It was originally going to be a talking heads film but as I was lifting in the vid (I'm the guy with the blue #strongaf t shirt) the conversations got all thrown out and the footage was to all over the place to use.Agreed with the straps. We had some strongman competitors in the vid and they insist in keeping their hands in pretty condition haha. As a powerlifter I don't condone this behaviour. My next vid will be far more structured and story based. I will post it up for you to critique when it's finished. | |||

| Hello Guys, I have recently started a company that produces strength sports and fitness Movies. I made the film below with Plymouth Performance Gym and i would love to get some feedback from some guys in the powerlifting community to see what you think? I will be making a number of movies over the next 12 months and I would like to see if I am getting off on the right foot.
