Having worked for several years in a Domestic Violence Unit I understand where you are coming from with your anger and rage if the what you have stated is true. However what you are doing is not going to help you in the slightest. Whilst the perpetrators of domestic abuse (men and women) should be ousted and known publicly it would better served that the friend,s family, business partners, etc find out through legal recourse of the court.

Unfortunately the way you appear to be going about this is far more likely to turn the very people you are trying to make aware of the happenings away from the situation and against you. Let the system and the courts deal with the matter whilst you go about caring for your children and giving them the love and attention they need to help them deal with the situation.

The truth does come out (more often than not). I know from experience when it does you will receive more help and support from others than you will from ever following this course of action.
As a side you may wish to be careful about what you place on the internet, as already stated it could be taken as libel and amount to harassment.

Same here on all fronts.
When water is at a rolling boil (i.e big bubbles) it is 100 C. When it is out of the kettle it drops a bit. Which is still crazy hot, though.

Well it depends where Paul lives. The boiling point could be less due to altitude.

As previously stated, you don't just boil your hands, that's rediculous. You do it cold/hot, so you put your hands/ forearms in a sink full of ice water, than you put them in a sink full of hot water, in which i use two kettles full of boiled water and the rest hot. This is to speed up recovery.

Just seems like self harm.... Plenty of help out there Paul if you ever need to talk....

Poker is not pure luck, you have obviously never played it

Clearly as I stated in the post that I dont, and that it was my opinion based on limited knowledge after re reading many of Pauls post's on this matter It is a skillfull sport.

In fact I'd go ad far to say my Knowledge of cards is as good as the Prince Regents in Blackadder the Third.

Imo any form of betting is gambling and I imagine that the goverment thought the same as it banned advertisment for gambling for a long time (TV ads) since they relaxed the law the tv is rife with ads for gambling companies apps even bingo (lol).
I take the point however re horses football dogs... as I think knowledge of form training injuries etc can all come in to make a better educated guess on a likely result, but its still a gamble.

However in cards imo it is pure luck what you get delt unless of course the cards are marked or someone has a camera over your opponants shoulder and is telling you the hands in a little ear piece (lol.) Then it comes down to how well you can decive the other player in beleiving you have the best hand.

just my 2 cents worth bearing in mind I dont play cards and only say from what limited knowledge I have.

Cant remember that far back but recently not much at all, just been playing the odd rush tournament. Have been doing well with them have cashed 6 out of 14 with 3 final 2 tables including a 2nd place and 2 final 3 tables. You only get 700-1000 players typically so not massive numbers but been happy with results.

How do you come 2nd? your placeing bets on you having a better hand than the other player does they infact have the better hand so they win you lose. or is it an American thing where there can be no losers just 2nd winners etc? Oh btw No I don't play cards nor gamble or place money on sporting events. I prefer to have money than throw it away on a gamble or so called educated guess/tactical thinking better bluffer or whatever way its called to not be a gamble.

Did it about 5 months ago i think. Was told can take months to heal so is not surprising with mine being a double one an the fact that am not really able to ever rest it. Nowt more i can do to speed up the process than what am already doing so it is what it is.

wow so glad my compound fracture of the ankle that had to be fixed with a metal rod/plate and screws only took 2 months before I was lifting again...

must be real bad seeing as stress facture should heal within 6-10 weeks. surprised the docs haven't sent you to a specialist to look at internal fixings.
