Hi guys,

I am training push pull and legs leaving a days rest in between. Should I be doing some cv on my rest days or should I not do anything. I am on a training program doing 5 sets of 15, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps with weight increasing. Im finding the last 2 on each set tough so I think the weight is right. How long can I expect to train before I see increases.im training for an event and im worrying about the weights im pushing is not high enough, any tips?

Hi,

I am new to the sport and have signed up for my first event on 29th june. I have a training program sorted consisting of pushing, pulling and legs. I will try and do at least 4 event training sessions before comp. As i am new can any of you give me any advice on training tips, diet, supplements etc.
