Not wrong there mate. 21/1/18 5 mins bike Warm up Strict log Bar x 15 x 2 40 x 6 80 x 6 x 3 sets - Didn't feel great today, took too long to get warm and technique/head into it. Coming though Bench Bar x 15 60 x 10 80 x 5 100 x 3 120 x 5 120 x 4 120 x 5 Didn't think I'd manage another set after the first set of 120, now annoyed i didn't do 5 reps on the second set, all good though. That's it today had to rush off to take my daughter to a birthday party | |||

17/1/18 Backs been a little sore from deadlifting, not too bad though, probably more to do with the fact that I hadn't done it for over a year and I'm not use to it 5 mins bike Ssb squat Bar x 12 x 2 40 x 10 x 3 sets Pain free, but so was deadlifting, until the next morning, will see tomorrow! Nothing worth writing about but hoping to watch it steadily rise so thought I'd log it anyway. Leg extensions supersetted with leg curls for sets of 15 for a pump I'm not use to these days Done, tight for time and just happy to squat something. Biggest thing to take from this is this is the first time I've been in the gym 3 times over 4 days in absolutely god knows how long, hopefully shows my mindset is starting to get back on the right track, looking forward to Sunday :-) | |||

Never been so happy with a deadlift lol Lat pulldowns 3 sets of 15 Close grip rows 3 sets of 15 Bw pull ups 5 x partials (there was a method to my madness) Db curls x 2 sets Sooo happy about the deads, most depressing day of the year today? First time doing log since August 14/1/18 5 mins bike 10 mins warm up Strict log Bar x 12 x 2 40 x 6 80 x 3 - walking all over the place with it couldn't get my line 80 x 5 80 x 7 1st set felt like I'd never logged in my life last set felt like I'd never been away from it, nice to see i can get my head back into it within 3 sets. Bench Bar x 12 60 x 8 80 x 5 100 x 3 115 x 5 x 3 sets Tricep pushdowns 3 sets of 15, 15 & 8 respectively increasing weight each set Skullcrushers 3 sets of 15 Pec flys 2 sets of 15 | |||

When I worked, I looked at the clock often, came home and went to bed. Thankyou Billy, much appreciated! I seem to spend every spare hour stretching for very little benefit. Just keep on keeping on as they say. My days are often how you describe, just with stretching before bed lol | |||
