yeah it did keep out of trouble as it was going that way so had to find a way to channell my aggression in the right way, i love it, keeps me foccussed in every other aspect of my life.

yeah mate, like i say its better than pissing it all the time, put 180kg bench up tonight for 7, then 5 so good progress is being made, i love it.

I started training to keep myself out of trouble, besides I'd rather be doing this than pissing it up down the pub.

Back and triceps day 1.deadlifts 5 sets-15reps,12reps,10reps,8reps,6reps.
2.single arm rows 4 sets 10-12 reps
3.pull downs 4 sets 8-10reps
4.close grip bench press 5 sets 15,12,10,8,6
5.heavy push downs 5 sets 6-8reps
6.standing calfs 5 sets 10-12reps

Legs and Biceps 1.stiff leg deadlifts 5 sets 15,12,10,8,6
2.lying leg curls 4 sets 8-10reps
3.squats 15,12,10,8,6
4.leg press
leg extension superset 4 sets 12-15reps
5.10mins cross trainer backwards with tension
6.cheat dumbell hammer curls 5 sets 10-12reps
7.reverse gripbarbell curls 5 sets 8-10reps

Shoulders 1.dumbell press 5sets 15,12,10,8,6
2.upright rows 4 sets 8-10reps
3.dumbell forward raises 4 sets 10-12reps
4.dumdell side laterals
triple drop sets 3 sets 10,10,10
5.seated calfs 5 sets 12-15 reps
6.20mins cross trainer with tension hill programme.
